Where is my Deposit?/Deposit Information

If you have deposited funds into your account and want to find out some more information about the deposit process, please check the below information.

Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, Ripple, Ethereum, Dogecoin: 

 

Usually takes between 1-3 hours or the transaction receives 3-6 confirmations on the Network being used to process the deposit.

You inputted the right transaction address.

The transaction address you have entered has only been used once. You can’t use the same transaction address for multiple deposits.

Check the www.blockchain.com website or the www.blockchair.com website. You can enter the address in the search box and track your transaction. Note: For Bitcoin deposits, make sure you select Bitcoin (BTC) and not Bitcoin Cash (BCH). 

 

Bitcoin via 3rd party platform: 

 

Usually takes between 1-3 hours or the transaction receives 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain.

You inputted the right Bitcoin (BTC) address. 

 

You transferred Bitcoin (BTC) and not Bitcoin Cash.

 

Check the www.blockchain.com website. You can enter the address in the search box. Make sure you select Bitcoin (BTC) and not Bitcoin Cash (BCH). 

 

The Bitcoin address you have entered has only been used once. You can’t use the same Bitcoin address for multiple transactions.

 

When using Bitcoin via 3rd party platform, you would be purchasing Bitcoin with your Credit/Debit Card. To ensure the payment goes through, you would need to authorize your payment on the 3rd party provider’s site by checking your deposit request.

 

Payment Statuses you can see on the Deposit screen.

 

WAITING APPROVAL:

 

We are still waiting for the funds to be processed. On the Deposit screen, click on Pay next to the deposit request then enter your transaction address to complete the deposit. If you do not see Pay next to your deposit request and you have processed the deposit, you will need to contact us or your Wallet Provider for further information.

 

WAITING CONFIRMATION:

 

The funds have been processed and need 3-6 confirmations on the Network processing the transaction. This usually can take 1-3 hours.


APPROVED:

 

The deposit has been approved. 


CANCELLED:

Either you have canceled the deposit request or the deposit request has timed out.

REJECTED:

We have rejected your deposit request. You will find a reason for the rejection in the comment box. We will also send you an email notifying you that your payment has been rejected.
