How can I close my Account?

Before you proceed with closing your account with us, ensure the following:

  • Balance and Equity: Ensure that the balances in all your trading accounts are zeroed.
  • Funds Withdrawal: Withdraw all funds from all wallets associated with your account.

Once you have completed all the prerequisites above, please follow these steps to close your account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the account settings.
  3. Click on the “Close my Account” button.
  4. Confirm that you would like to close your account with us.

If you still have funds in your wallet, your account can be partially suspended. In this state:

  • You can withdraw funds with no withdrawal limits. Please be aware that a low amount of withdrawal of funds can sometimes incur high blockchain fees depending on multiple factors.
