What to Do When you Do Not Receive the Verification Email

To be able to open an account with us you would need to receive a verification email. If you are not receiving the verification email, check the guide below:

 

Step-by-Step Guide 

  1. Tap on the Login button.
  2. Tap on the Verify Email button.

  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click on Resend Verification Email.

Check your inbox again and if you are still unable to find the verification email, then try to sign up using a different email provider or contact our customer support.
