The Support Pin is a code that you will need to provide our Support Agents on chat when you need to find out details regarding your account.
For example, I have just deposited. Where are my funds? Why were my documents rejected?
If you ever need a general query answered, you do not need to provide your support pin.
For example, what are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts? How long does it take to verify an account? How long does it usually take for a deposit to credit an account?
To be able to find your Support Pin, you would just need to go to Settings on your account and it will be at the top of the screen.
