The following procedure will guide you on how to take a screenshot on each device below. This screenshot can be sent to us to further explain any queries from your side or if requested by us.

Step-by-Step Guide

Windows:

1. Press the Windows Key and PrtSc on your keyboard to take a screenshot. It will be saved on your Screenshots folder in the Pictures folder. 

    

MacOS:

1. Press the Shift, Command and 3 keys on your keyboard to take a screenshot. It will be saved on your Desktop.

iPhone:

1. Press the Side and Volume Up button at the same time. Once the screen is captured, a thumbnail will temporarily appear in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. If you would like to edit the thumbnail, click on it. If not, swipe left. The image will then be saved to your Camera Roll.

Android:

1. Press the Power and Volume Down button at the same time. Once the screen is captured, it will be available in your Gallery.
