It is important to “Safe List” our e-mail address in your e-mail provider since essential information is sent through e-mails containing account credentials, updates, promotions, and server maintenance dates. This will remove any possibilities of such e-mails ending up in your spam or junk folder. 

Step-by-Step Guide
 

1. Click Settings.
2. Choose Filter from the left-hand side.
3. Click Add next to the Allow list section. 
4. Type in our e-mail: [email protected].
5. Click Save.
